One Pot Pasta Dinner

You have got to try this exceptionally tasty one-dish baked pasta! Perfect for a super easy mid-week meal, this dish can feed up to 4 people!


  • 400g Spaghetti, cut in half to fit into container
  • ½ Red onion, sliced
  • ½ Red capsicum, julienned 
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 x 700ml Passata jar
  • 200ml Vegetable stock
  • ¾ cup Tasty cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves


1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 

2.Add spaghetti, onion, red capsicum, garlic, Italian herbs, salt and pepper to your glass container. Add passata and stock, stir to combine. 

3.Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and use a fork to stir and separate spaghetti. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until liquid has reduced. 

4.Stir spaghetti and top with tasty and parmesan cheese. 

5.Return to oven and bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. 

6.Serve with fresh basil leaves.
