Lemon Baked Salmon

If you’re looking for low-effort high protein dishes, we have you covered with this tasty and simple baked salmon recipe.  


  • 2 portions of salmon 
  • 3 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard 
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 2 tsp garlic powder 
  • Juice from half lemon 
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill 
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste 
  • Garnish  - Fresh dill and lemon slices


  1. Preheat oven to 180C  
  2. Add olive oil, wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice and dill to a small mixing bowl. 
  3. Whisk to combine.  
  4. Lightly spray your Vent & Seal dish with olive oil and place salmon inside.  
  5. Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.  
  6. Pour marinade over salmon.  
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.   

Top Tip: we've used the Vent & Seal 1L for convenient oven cooking. Store any leftovers easily in the fridge (once the container has cooled) with the lid.
