Frequently asked Questions

Décor’s coffee cups are made with premium double wall stainless steel material designed to keep your beverages hot for longer. Décor coffee cups can keep your warm drinks hot anywhere from 2 hours to 5 hours depending on which product you have. Please refer to each individual product page to see how long your product holds heat.

We suggest fully taking apart the cup and washing all components with hot soapy water by hand. Use a soft sponge or bottle brush to scrub inside the cup and lid. Make sure no soap residue remains and allow your travel cup to completely air dry upside down on a drying rack.

To avoid the outer paint removal, most of Décor coffee cups are not recommended for dishwasher. Please refer to the individual product packaging for individual washing instructions. Do not use abrasive scrubbing materials like a wire bristle brush or scourer. Make sure you avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or other strong cleaning chemicals. Use a straw or spout brush to clean tight areas in lids or seals where mould can build up.

Décor's Double Wall Reusable Travel Cups are made from vacuum-insulated stainless steel. These are not microwave safe, as microwaving metal can cause sparks, damage your appliance, and pose safety risks.

Reusable coffee cups are much better for the environment compared to disposable ones, especially when used consistently over time. A reusable coffee cup is a sustainable switch that reduces waste, saves resources, and helps fight pollution, as long as you use it often. Make sure you keep yours in your car, bag or at the office to ensure you use your as often as possible!
