High Protein Crunch Wraps

Are you tired of the same old meal routine and looking for something that packs a punch of flavour? Look no further! Our high-protein, tasty crunch wrap recipe is here to transform your dinner. Perfect for busy weeknights or a weekend treat, these crunch wraps are not only incredibly delicious but also loaded with protein to keep you energised and full. With a crispy, golden exterior and a savory, mouth-watering filling, this recipe will impress your family and friends!  

5 x small tortilla wraps

  • ½ Onion, diced
  • 300 grams beef mince 
  • ½ cup passate
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tso Dried Basil 
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Pinch of pepper


  • ½ cup tasty cheese, grated
  • ½ corn chips
  • 3 spring onions finely chopped


  • Heat a frying pan & drizzle with oil. 
  • Add onion and cook until softened. Add mince to pan, breaking up with a wooden spoon cooking until browned. Add passata, herbs, spices, salt & pepper. Cook until ready to make your crunch wrap.
  • Heat a separate frying pan and drizzle with a splash of oil.
  • Place four wraps overlapping on the edge of the frying pan. Place the fifth wrap on top and in the centre of all wraps.
  • Top the centre wrap with mince, cheese, spring onions & corn chips.
  • Using a spatula, gently check if the bottom wraps are lightly browned. Gently fold in the surrounding wraps towards the centre (the centre wrap should be fully covered by surrounding wraps). Using your hand to hold the wraps in place, use the spatula to flip the wraps. Once browned and golden, remove from pan and use a knife to cut wrap into portions (we cut six).
