Sesame Salmon Poke Bowl
INGREDIENTS
Sesame Salmon:
200g Sushi Grade Salmon, cubed
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Pinch Salt
To Serve:
1/2 cup Cooked Rice
1/4 Avocado, sliced
1 Radish, sliced
1/2 Cucumber. sliced
1/4 cup Pineapple, fresh
1 Jalapeno Chilli, slices, optional
1/4 Lime, cut into a wedge
Fresh Parsley, to garnish
Siracha Sauce, drizzled
METHOD
1. Combine salmon, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
2. Build your poke bowl by placing rice into your decor glass container. Top with avocado, radish, cucumber, pineapple, jalapeño, lime, parsley and sriracha sauce.
3. Add your marinated sesame salmon and return to the fridge with the lid or serve
