Raspberry Brownies

Serves: 9 brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Plain Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a brownie tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine brown sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Gently fold the frozen raspberries into the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the brownie tin and use a spatula to spread it evenly to the corners.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top has set.
