Protein Pancakes
Start your day strong with a stack of fluffy, four ingredient high protein pancakes that taste just so good, you'll be wanting to make to make these every day! Whether you're fuelling up after a workout or simply want a wholesome twist on a classic breakfast favourite, this recipe will keep you satisfied for longer. Easy to prep ahead and store in your favourite Décor containers, these pancakes make breakfast meal prep a breeze!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 30 grams of protein powder (we used vanilla)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
- Separate the egg white & yolk.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy
- Add egg yolk, protein powder, baking soda and banana into a bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Once mixed, add in your fluffy egg whites.
- On a pan or hot plate, add oil or butter and pour mixture to cook pancakes.
TOP TIP: We cooked these on the weekend and kept overnight for a delicious weekday breakfast in the office! Simply store in your Tellfresh 1L container, reheat when your ready to eat and top with your favourite toppings!
