Overnight Oats
We love a breakfast that can be prepped in advance! Not only does this leave in the fridge overnight to set, but you can make a whole week's worth in one go so you can grab it in the morning before you go to work or school!
Cooking time: 12 hours
Ingredients | Serves: 1
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia
- ½ cup natural yoghurt or milk of choice
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup mixed berries
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, or mix straight in your Décor container. Leave in the fridge overnight to set, and add more milk or yoghurt before serving if desired.
- Top with your choice of toppings! (We suggest fruit, nut butter, honey or coconut flakes)
