Overnight Oats

We love a breakfast that can be prepped in advance! Not only does this leave in the fridge overnight to set, but you can make a whole week's worth in one go so you can grab it in the morning before you go to work or school!


Serves: 1

Cooking time: 12 hours

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt or milk of choice
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup mixed berries


  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, or mix straight in your Décor container. Leave in the fridge overnight to set, and add more milk or yoghurt before serving if desired.
  2. Top with your choice of toppings! (We suggest fruit, nut butter, honey or coconut flakes)
