Baked Pears

Ingredients

Cooking time: 40 minutes
- 2 large pears halved lengthwise and cored
- 125ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pistachios and vanilla ice cream to serve
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C° and line a baking tray.
- Add maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon and vanilla essence to Thermoglass™ Realseal™ Baking Dish. Stir to coat the dish evenly.
- Place pears cut side down in dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice-cream and pistachios.
