Baked Butter Chicken
Craving a quick and flavourful one-dish dinner? This baked butter chicken recipe combines tender chicken in a bold, spiced sauce, making it a simple, fuss-free meal with minimal cleanup!
Servings: 4 
Ingredients: 
- 500g Chicken Breast
 - 400ml Passata
 - ¾ cup Milk
 - 1 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 - 1 tsp Ginger Powder
 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 - 1 tsp Onion Powder
 - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 - 1 tsp Cumin
 - ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 - 1 tsp Salt
 - 2 cups Basmati Rice
 - 4 cups Water
 
To Serve
- Natural Yoghurt, to serve
 - Roti Bread, optional
 - Fresh Coriander Leaves
 
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
 - In your Décor glass container, add passata, milk, spices and salt. Mix to combine. Place chicken in container.
 - Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
 - Meanwhile, add rice and water to rice cooker container. Give a stir and place in the microwave without the lid for 10 minutes.
 - Place back in the microwave for a further 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
 - Place the lid on the container with the vent open and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
 - Serve baked butter chicken with a side of rice.
 - Add a dollop of natural yoghurt, roti bread and fresh coriander leaves.
