
Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Cannelloni
Comfort food doesn’t have to be complicated - this stuffed cannelloni is creamy, cozy, and perfect for those nights when you want something homemade without hovering over the stove.

Ingredients:
- 10 Cannelloni Tubes
- 375g Ricotta
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella or Tasty Cheese
- 50g Spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 400ml Passata
- 1 tbsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 1 cup Mozzarella or Tasty Cheese, for topping
- Fresh Basil Leaves
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix passata with Italian herbs in a bowl.
- Add a thin layer of passata to the base of your Décor container.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder, cherry tomatoes, cheese, spinach, salt and pepper.
- Fill cannelloni tubes with mixture (using a piping bag or a spoon and knife).
- Place cannelloni tubes in container (with two rows of five lined across from each other).
- Pour remaining passata on top of stuffed cannelloni and spread out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden and cannelloni is tender.
- Serve with fresh basil leaves.
