Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Cannelloni

Comfort food doesn’t have to be complicated - this stuffed cannelloni is creamy, cozy, and perfect for those nights when you want something homemade without hovering over the stove.


Servings: 4 

Ingredients:

  • 10 Cannelloni Tubes 
  • 375g Ricotta  
  • 1 Egg 
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved  
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella or Tasty Cheese 
  • 50g Spinach, chopped 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • ¼ tsp Pepper 
  • 400ml Passata 
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian Herbs 
  • 1 cup Mozzarella or Tasty Cheese, for topping 
  • Fresh Basil Leaves 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 
  2. Mix passata with Italian herbs in a bowl. 
  3. Add a thin layer of passata to the base of your Décor container. 
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder, cherry tomatoes, cheese, spinach, salt and pepper.
  5. Fill cannelloni tubes with mixture (using a piping bag or a spoon and knife). 
  6. Place cannelloni tubes in container (with two rows of five lined across from each other).
  7. Pour remaining passata on top of stuffed cannelloni and spread out with a spatula. 
  8. Sprinkle with cheese. 
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden and cannelloni is tender. 
  10. Serve with fresh basil leaves.
