Watermelon and Feta Coleslaw

- 4 cups ready-to-use coleslaw salad mix
- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- 125g full-cream feta, crumbled
- ½ cup smoked almonds, chopped
- 1 bunch basil leaves, torn
- Ranch dressing, to serve
- Put the ready-to-use coleslaw mix into the 3.0L Decor Cook® Teal Mix, Seal & Store Bowl with lid, then add the watermelon, almonds and basil.
- Toss gently to combine, then scatter with the feta and mix again. Drizzle with Ranch dressing to serve.
