Easter Egg Rocky Road

Perfect for a party or a sweet treat, this rocky road recipe is sure to become a favourite in your household! This is a fantastic Easter slice recipe for the festive season and a great way to use up your leftover easter eggs!


Serves: 20

Cooking time: 2 hours

  • 500gms chocolate of choice (milk, dark or white)
  • 1 cup marshmallows, chopped into small pieces
  • 5 cups plain biscuits, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 cups leftover Easter eggs


  1. In a large mixing bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  2. Mix through the chopped marshmallows, biscuits, and Easter eggs until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Line a 20cm cake tin with baking paper.
  4. Pour the rocky road mixture into the tin and smooth it out evenly. Add additional chopped Easter eggs if you have them.
  5. Refrigerate until set and cut into squares before serving.
