Lemon Chilli Infused Oil

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, peeled
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Long Red Chilli 
  • 3 strips Lemon Skin, peeled into strips (try avoid the white pith 
  • underneath the zesty skin as this can make the oil quite bitter)
  • Olive Oil


  1. Add garlic, rosemary, chilli and lemon to your spray bottle. 
  2. Top with olive oil until the bottle is almost full. 
  3. Add the spray top and enjoy your infused olive oil

Top tip: store in your premium glass oil sprayer in a dark area like a pantry/cupboard.
