Homemade Fruit Roll Ups

Looking for a healthy, homemade snack that both kids and adults will love? These homemade fruit roll-ups are naturally sweet, packed with fruity goodness, and easy to make with just a few ingredients. Perfect for lunchboxes, road trips, or an on-the-go treat!

Ingredients

For Strawberry Roll-Ups

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ lemon, juiced

For Blueberry Roll-Ups

  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 70°C.
  2. Blend all the strawberry roll-up ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes). Repeat this process for the blueberry roll-up ingredients.
  3. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Pour the strawberry and blueberry mixtures onto the trays and spread them out evenly.
  4. Bake for 3-4 hours to dehydrate. The roll-ups are ready when they are no longer sticky to the touch.
  5. Once cooled, cut into portions and store in airtight containers.
