Homemade Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients
For Strawberry Roll-Ups
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon, juiced
For Blueberry Roll-Ups
- 1 ½ cups blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon, juiced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 70°C.
- Blend all the strawberry roll-up ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes). Repeat this process for the blueberry roll-up ingredients.
- Line two baking trays with baking paper. Pour the strawberry and blueberry mixtures onto the trays and spread them out evenly.
- Bake for 3-4 hours to dehydrate. The roll-ups are ready when they are no longer sticky to the touch.
- Once cooled, cut into portions and store in airtight containers.
