French Fry Caesar Salad

Servings: 2 

 

Ingredients: 

French Fries 

2 Potatoes, cut into French fries 

1 tbsp Olive Oil 

2 tsp Dried Thyme 

1 tsp Garlic Powder 

 

Salad 

2 Romain or Cos Lettuce, shredded 

2 Cooked Shortcut Bacon, diced 

1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved 

 

Dressing 

½ Lemon, juiced 

1/3 cup Olive Oil 

2 tbsp Mayonnaise 

1 tsp Dijon Mustard 

Pinch Salt & Pepper 

 

Method: 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  

  1. Add potatoes, olive oil, thyme and garlic powder in your glass Décor container. Toss to combine.  

  1. Cook for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, make sure to toss half way through cooking. Allow container to fully cool.  

  1. Meanwhile, combine dressing ingredients in your glass Décor measuring cup. Set aside.  

  1. Add lettuce, bacon and parmesan cheese to the French fry dish.  

  1. Drizzle with dressing to enjoy.
