Date Bark

If you have a sweet tooth but want to nibble on something full of superfoods this Date Bark is exactly what you need to make!


Servings: 8-10

450g Medjool Dates, pitted and halved

½ cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1 punnet Raspberries

½ cup Chocolate Chips, melted

Peanuts, roughly chopped


1. Place dates next to each other on some baking paper. Using your fingers or a back of a glass press down the dates so they join together and flatten out.

2. Spread peanut butter on top of dates.

3. Blend raspberries in a blender until lightly crushed (or do this in a bowl with the back of a spoon). Spread crushed raspberries on top of the peanut butter layer.

4. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of raspberry layer.

5. Sprinkle chocolate with chopped peanuts.

6. Place in the freezer until set, approximately 1.5 hours.

7. Cut and store in your décor container in the fridge.
